Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is a leading healthcare performance improvement company that supports the Value Analysis program by analyzing clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for product standardization, utilization management, and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with clinical, supply chain, and finance teams to support product evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation of approved initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience analyzing clinical, financial, operational, utilization, or supply chain data in healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office with reports/dashboards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and evaluate AI outputs.
• Experience with ERP/MMIS/EMR or benchmarking platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of value analysis, supply chain operations, and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, quality, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and standardization.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses to support value analysis and decision-making.
• Track and report cost savings, utilization trends, and initiative outcomes with accurate data management.
• Support product evaluations, technology assessments, RFPs, and supplier communications.
• Coordinate information requests and implement product conversions and standardization initiatives.
• Conduct evidence-based research using literature, benchmarking data, and market data.
• Prepare presentations and materials for Value Analysis committees and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance data quality.
• Monitor healthcare supply chain trends and emerging technologies.
