Job summary

LT Apparel Group is seeking a VAS/SS Coordinator - 2nd Shift to support the VAS Manager in preparing and executing customer-specific Value Added Services on the operations floor. The role requires proficiency with computers, label printers, and Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity systems to manage instructions, labels, and work packets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Confidence, good organization, and teamwork are essential as you coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Outbound

Qualifications

Comfortable using computers and multiple types of label printers.
Proficiency in Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare work packets, job instructions, and materials for VAS and SS floor operations.
Ensure labels and other materials are printed accurately using multiple types of label printers.
Support the execution of customer-specific requirements (polybagging, RFID, hanger changes, etc.).
Use Blue Cherry Classic and Blue Cherry Infinity to create, update, and manage SS job instructions.
Track job progress and provide updates to the SS Manager.
Maintain accurate records of SS jobs, labels, and customer requirements.
