Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a dependable Value Added Operator I for a role in Arden, NC. You will perform light assembly, product relabeling, inventory movement, and other warehouse tasks to support daily operations and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately.

Key duties include recording productivity, following assignments from the Group Lead, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to record productivity data.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Previous order picker or reach truck experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
