You will manage engagements end-to-end, develop junior professionals, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CFA or ASA certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex financial & valuation analyses and building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and traditional valuation engagements, including pre‑deal analyses, value opinions, calculations of value, and complex financial instruments.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle with client communication, relationship building, and deliverable reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor translating valuation analyses into clear, actionable insights for clients.
