Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and traditional valuation engagements, including pre‑deal analyses, value opinions, calculations of value, business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment analyses, tax valuations, complex financial instruments, and litigation matters
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle, including client communication, relationship building, technical direction, deliverable review, and timely feedback to team members
• Serve as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients, translating complex valuation and corporate finance analyses into clear, actionable insights
• Direct complex financial analyses, valuation models, research, and ad‑hoc modeling that support informed client decisions
• Manage engagement and proposal risk in alignment with Firm expectations
• Contribute to business development through client presentations, industry and technical conferences, and collaboration with practice leadership on new client strategies
• Recruit, train, mentor, and provide meaningful feedback to junior professionals while supporting their continued development
