Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Valuation Services Manager to lead complex valuation engagements from planning through delivery for external clients and internal audit support. You will guide a diverse team, manage risks, and ensure high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

You'll partner with leadership on business development, leverage AI-enabled tooling to enhance analyses, and collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions while mentoring the next

Qualifications

• 5+ years of valuation experience in public accounting, consulting, investment banking, or similar
• Advanced financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, and analytical capabilities
• CFA and/or ASA credential preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and contribute to business development
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Responsabilités

• Lead valuation engagements from planning through delivery for external clients and internal audit support
• Serve as day-to-day project leader across valuation services (pre-deal, financial reporting, tax, portfolio)
• Partner with practice leadership on business development and client relationships
• Represent the firm in presentations, conferences, and thought leadership
• Identify and manage project risks while maintaining quality and profitability
• Mentor and develop valuation professionals; conduct performance reviews
• Drive innovation by integrating AI-enabled tools into valuation processes
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
