• Expertise across pre-deal valuation, purchase price allocations, tax valuation, and portfolio valuation.
• Advanced financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, and analytical capabilities.

• Lead and manage valuation engagements from planning through delivery for external clients and internal audit support initiatives.
• Serve as the day-to-day project leader across a diverse portfolio of valuation services.
• Partner with practice leadership on business development and market expansion.
• Represent the firm through presentations, industry conferences, and thought leadership activities.
• Identify and manage project risks while maintaining high-quality client service and engagement profitability.
• Mentor, coach, and develop professionals across the valuation team.
• Evaluate staff performance through engagement reviews and year-end assessments.
• Help drive innovation by integrating AI-enabled solutions into valuation processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions.
