Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate valuation.
• Experience in mortgage or banking industry.
• Experience with appraisals and collateral valuation.
• Ability to analyze market, sales, and rent data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed review of valuation reports (appraisals, field reviews, ARRs, etc.).
• Communicate concerns related to collateral and value.
• Research property data (market, sales, rent, region).
• Collaborate across departments to resolve questions.
• Make value recommendations.
• Perform administrative audit duties as needed.
