As a Valuation Specialist, you will focus on producing thorough property valuation reports, fostering client relationships, and delivering solutions that support our clients’ growth. You will promote and advocate for Colliers’ brand, articulating value through superior customer service.

Job Type

Hybrid role based out of the local office.

In this Role, you will…

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments.
• Communicate with clients to foster new and existing relationships, and originate new client relationships.
• Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of your analysis clearly and concisely.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of related work experience; commercial real estate experience is required.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or actively pursuing the license.
• Bachelor’s degree; completion of an advanced appraisal class curriculum preferred.
• Team‑player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
