Colliers Houston seeks an enterprising appraisal professional to execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, and others. The role involves collaborating across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results, and gathering data through direct client interactions with brokers and property managers.
You bring 3–5 years of related experience, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License, a Bachelor’s
Hybrid position based out of the local office.

Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission – typically participating in a 35‑50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
