Job summary

Qualifications

  • Five years of valuation experience for business entities and intangible assets.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
  • Licensed ABV or able to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

  • Perform industry research and analyze peer company dynamics.
  • Participate in due diligence and evaluate business plans.
  • Prepare valuation reports, proposals, and presentations, including DCF, guideline public company, and transaction methods.
  • Manage risk and financial management activities of engagements, including billing and budgets.
  • Manage engagements by training staff and interns.
  • Uphold integrity, professionalism and a respectful work environment.
