Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of recent experience in valuation-related fields such as investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Possess advanced finance, financial modeling, accounting, and analytical abilities.
• Strong work ethic with multitasking, presentation, problem solving and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the preparation of valuations for illiquid equity and/or debt investments.
• Interact with hedge fund, private equity, venture capital, and limited partner investment and finance officers on valuation of debt and equity investments.
• Build new and update existing financial models, including DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables, and allocation models.
• Perform analysis on financial and economic data, subject companies, guideline companies, industries and markets, and other funds.
