Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligible; CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including four years in public accounting, advisory, or transaction services.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting issues, or M&A/transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies.
• Coordinate client, KPMG teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the transaction process.
• Analyze target data to identify earnings quality, working capital, liabilities, and risks affecting valuation and negotiation.
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports addressing normalized earnings, assumptions, and indebtedness considerations.
