Job summary

CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Manager, Corporate Development Accounting to lead valuation workstreams under ASC 805, manage third‑party valuation partners, and own purchase price allocations and impairment analyses with audit-ready documentation.

You will drive fair value for intangible assets and private investments, support quarterly reporting, and champion AI tools across the CAO, including Claude for Excel, helping teams adopt new workflows and improve accounting efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Big 4 valuation or transaction advisory and/or in‑house corporate development, with PPA and impairment experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency; familiarity with ASC guidance.
• Experience with AI tools and driving automation in accounting workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchase price allocations under ASC 805 with internal inputs and third‑party valuation partners.
• Own fair value measurements for intangible assets and private investments; manage impairment analyses.
• Prepare valuation work papers and support SOX controls and external audits.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, and Operations Accounting; assist with investor disclosures.
