Job summary

Corient is seeking a highly experienced Valuations Manager to lead purchase price accounting, valuations, and earn-outs within the Finance team. The role requires strong valuation knowledge, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with M&A, Legal, FP&A, and operations to support the company’s acquisition strategy and broader accounting function.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; ASC805 and IFRS3 familiarity.
• Experience with purchase price accounting and acquired intangibles.
• Understanding of various valuation approaches and models.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchase price accounting analyses for acquisitions under IFRS3/ASC805.
• Coordinate with valuation specialists and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare acquisition accounting documentation and schedules for reporting and audit.
• Monitor contingent consideration and earn-outs; assist with disclosures.
• Support quarterly/annual fair value assessments for acquisition-related liabilities.
• Collaborate with M&A, Legal, FP&A and operations throughout deals.
