Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant in Sunnyvale to ensure ASC 606 compliance and drive revenue process improvements. You will collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product, and GL Accounting to resolve complex terms and ensure accurate revenue recognition.

The role requires a CPA qualification or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to draft clear position papers while supporting SOX controls and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex contracts.
• Ability to develop clear, actionable reports or position papers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance and drive process improvements.
• Review and approve sales contracts before execution to identify accounting issues.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product, and GL Accounting to address complex terms.
• Develop and maintain revenue policies and procedures for accurate accounting.
• Support SOX controls over revenue accounting and assist with audits.
