Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics Manager to lead and deliver complex valuation engagements across various industries in the United States. You will manage project teams, develop models, and contribute to client discussions with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years in business valuation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of business valuation experience required.
• Significant experience in business valuation and intangible assets.
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review.
• CPA, CFA, AM, ASA or other valuation credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute valuation engagements from proposal to delivery.
• Manage staff in development of assignments and reviews.
• Contribute to business development activities and client meetings.
• Ensure quality controls on all work products and reports.
