Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated candidate to support commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects in Washington, DC. The role focuses on gathering market data, analyzing property types, and assisting seasoned professionals from start to finish.

Ideal applicants hold an undergraduate or graduate degree, demonstrate strong analytical abilities, and are committed to progressing toward a licensed appraiser status. A 1–3 year background in CRE is preferred with US work authorization.

• Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing toward certified general licenses
• Eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate
• Knowledge gained from an undergraduate or graduate degree
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
