Job description

About the Role

Senior Valuation Specialist responsible for applying principles of valuation for all commercial real estate property types. Works in a hybrid role based out of the local office.

Responsibilities
  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed‑end funds, lenders, etc.
  • Work with Team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
  • Gather pertinent data through client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
  • Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of related work experience.
  • Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • CRE experience/background relevant to the role.
  • Team‑player mentality with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation

Annual salary range: 100% commission‑based compensation.

Benefits

Employer‑subsidized medical benefits (including RX, dental, vision), basic life/AD&D insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability. 401(k) plan with employer match. 10 days sick leave, 12 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents, 4 weeks for non‑birth parents (including adoptive/foster).
