Responsibilities

• Conduct formal appraisals of real property for a variety of clients.
• Examine all variables that impact the property's value.
• Provide an unbiased, comprehensive, and professional opinion of value.
• Work toward obtaining Certified General Appraisal License.

• Examine all variables that impact the property's value, including, but not limited to, property history, neighborhood, sales data, and comparable sales
• Provide an unbiased, comprehensive, and professional opinion of value
• Work toward obtaining Certified General Appraisal License

• MS Office skills, preferably advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of financial math
• Utilization of technology
• Ability to communicate well with clients and coworkers, both written and oral

• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills; a trainee license is preferred and a path toward a General Real Estate Appraisal License
