Responsibilities
- Conduct formal appraisals of real property for a variety of clients
- Examine all variables that impact the property's value, including, but not limited to, property history, neighborhood, sales data, and comparable sales
- Provide an unbiased, comprehensive, and professional opinion of value
- Work toward obtaining Certified General Appraisal License
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills
- MS Office skills, preferably advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of financial math
- Utilization of technology
- Ability to communicate well with clients and coworkers, both written and oral
- Ability to self-start
- Ability to work independently
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills; a trainee license is preferred and a path toward a General Real Estate Appraisal License

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Qualifying Appraisal Education (Trainee license)
