Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of business valuation or related experience
• Strong command of valuation theory and financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• CFA, CPA, ASA, or ABV certification preferred
• Familiarity with Excel modeling; knowledge of CaseWare, Suralink, or Crystal Ball is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  
  

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market data to build financial valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
• Develop and write comprehensive valuation reports
• Participate in client meetings and present valuation findings
• Conduct industry and economic research to inform valuations
• Support M&A due diligence and litigation support engagements
• Provide expert testimony when required
• Stay current on accounting, valuation, and regulatory standards
• Assist with business development and client relationship activities
