With ongoing business growth and expansion, we are looking for a Manager to help us further build our capabilities and manage global client projects. The Manager plays a critical role in adding value for our clients, advising on license compliance initiatives and audit execution, and managing various compliance projects including audit execution, data analytics, process improvement, and targeting analysis. We rely heavily on our Managers to perform at a high level of professionalism, ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients. The Manager is responsible for overseeing client engagements and acting as the liaison between clients and their customers/licensees. We trust our Managers to consistently perform with high quality and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform all facets of audits for existing clients: resource planning, audit planning, execution, team management, and review of deliverables.
• Conduct extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution and client initiatives.
• Manage audit KPIs, including deadlines and budgets.
• Interact with cross-functional teams at clients/licensees and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare and review all client deliverables, including reports and calculations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of client businesses, technologies, and risks. Maintain technical and practical knowledge about clients and industry; bring knowledge to audit oversight.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor staff at all levels; conduct performance reviews and contribute to training and workplace culture.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team to foster business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients and industry contacts to generate revenue and expand offerings.
• Identify opportunities for new services, methodologies, or process improvements.
• Participate in sales pursuits for license and royalty compliance initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies to support growth.

Requirements:

Experience, Skills, and Characteristics:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; CPA, CIA, CISA certifications preferred.
• 6+ years in Professional Services or large IT organizations.
• Experience with third-party audits, contractual reviews, software licensing, and contract compliance, including royalty and licensing audits.
• Experience with Big 4 firms is a plus but not required.
• Strong references from current or past employers/clients.
• Proficient understanding of technology and software license contracts.
• Knowledge of business processes, internal controls, IT controls, and standards.
• Ability to evaluate complex business and technology risks and recommend improvements.
• Experience with technology-based review tools and methodologies.
• Strong auditing skills and understanding of control environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical information for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and clients.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and capable of motivating teams.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Adaptability to different licensee conditions and cultural contexts globally.

• Flexibility to work across multiple teams, clients, and time zones.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel 25%-35% domestically and internationally.
