Job summary

Green Key Resources in Stamford, CT seeks a valuation professional with 2–3 years of experience across asset management, accounting, and financial services to join a centralized Valuation team.

The role focuses on governance, pricing controls, and collaboration with Portfolio Management, Operations, Fund Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and external providers to ensure timely and well-documented valuations.

Qualifications

• Analytical, detail-oriented candidate with investment valuations experience.
• Experience in valuation, pricing, or investment operations across funds or financial services.
• Experience with external auditors or pricing vendors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fair value principles and valuation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end valuation processes and prepare committee materials.
• Enhance valuation governance, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency.
• Review complex or illiquid securities and challenge pricing when needed.
• Assist in developing and validating valuation models across asset classes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to support valuation framework.
• Support audit requests related to valuation methodologies, controls, and documentation.
