Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in private market valuations.
• Knowledge of fair value methodologies, enterprise valuation approaches, and complex capital structures.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• CFA, CPA, ASA, or progress toward a relevant certification preferred.
