Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a skilled valuation professional to join the NTAM Pricing and Valuation team. You will oversee fair value processes, validate models, and support governance with complex and illiquid securities across client accounts and funds.

Hybrid work arrangement with strong emphasis on collaboration across Compliance, Risk, Fund Administration, and investment teams. Bachelor's degree required; advanced finance designations preferred, with extensive Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or CVA designation is a plus.
• Experience with valuation methods and governance in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day valuation oversight and governance activities.
• Review and challenge third-party valuation models and outputs.
• Support PVC through analyses and governance materials.
• Maintain valuation policies and assist with audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Train junior analysts in valuation techniques and governance practices.
