Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a Senior Associate for its Valuation team in Stamford, CT. You will assist with end-of-day pricing for London and New York, compiling data from multiple sources and uploading into the accounting system.

The role requires a valuation background with 5–8 years of experience in math/finance or accounting, with Oracle/Orchestrade experience a plus. You will collaborate with pricing vendors and portfolio managers on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Valuation experience of 5–8 years.
• Strong math/finance/accounting grounding.
• Experience with Orchestrade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with London and New York end-of-day pricing processes by compiling pricing from various sources and uploading them into the accounting system.
• Validate the pricing of OTC vanilla and complex derivatives using various sources such as Markit, broker statements, or Bloomberg models.
• Monitor stale prices and follow up with the admin, IT, and pricing vendors to resolve
• Assist with end-of-day PnL Flash distributed firmwide
• Assist with daily reconciliations between portfolio management and accounting systems
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly Valuation Committee package
• Assist in addressing ad hoc pricing questions from portfolio managers
