Colliers in Phoenix is seeking an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional to join our team. You will analyze market data and property information, supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a range of property types.

This hybrid role offers hands-on learning, a path toward licensure, and collaboration with Senior Valuation Associates. You should bring strong analytical and communication skills, plus 1–3 years in commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data and market research.
• Willing to become a licensed appraiser and progress toward certified general licenses.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ideally 1–3 years in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Apply organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
• Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
• Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.
