Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced coursework in appraisal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for clients.
• Communicate with clients to foster and grow relationships.
• Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver high‑quality service.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends.
• Assist with presenting results clearly and concisely.
