Requirements include 2-3 years of CRE-related work, active CG Real Estate Appraiser license, and a Bachelor's degree with preferred advanced appraisal coursework. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments.
• Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships.
• Demonstrate ability to originate new client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends.
• Assist with presenting the results of analyses clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
