Job summary

Colliers International in Phoenix is seeking an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will analyze data, gather market research, and manage projects from start to finish, supporting appraisals and consulting work for a variety of purposes.

You will work with Senior Valuation Associates, learn hands-on, and contribute from day one while pursuing your licensed appraiser track toward CG certification.

Qualifications

• Must pursue licensed appraiser track toward CG certification.
• Interest in commercial real estate and analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 1–3 years in commercial real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply organizational and analytical skills to research market and property information.
• Analyze various property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
• Support Senior Valuation Associates on appraisals and consulting projects.
