Job summary

The role requires active CGREA licensure, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• CRE experience/background to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, funds, and lenders.
• Collaborate with team across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.
• Gather data via client interactions, interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and trends.
• Present results clearly and concisely.
