Job summary

Riot Games is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance for VALORANT at Riot Sydney Studio. You will lead QA across foundations, shaping a comprehensive test strategy and driving quality across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Quality Assurance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with performance test tooling and automation.
• Experience creating test strategies for products.
• Experience with test design, planning and control.
• Experience with product development pipelines and workflows.
• Experience managing performance of embedded QA professionals.
• Experience working with remote testing teams.
• Experience establishing quality metrics that influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA professionals across multiple teams with a focus on Foundations for VALORANT.
• Hold teams accountable for quality and player impact in decisions.
• Partner with craft leaders to influence decisions through quality insights and risk analysis.
• Assess quality, risk, and complexity; communicate mitigations and priorities to teams and leadership.
• Coach and support direct reports through complex quality challenges and advocate for their needs.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve development workflows and define quality targets.
• Monitor quality health and defect trends with data-driven reporting and continuous improvement systems.
• Drive quality feature planning and execute testing coverage plans with teams.
