Job summary

Riot Games is seeking a Senior Manager of Game Production for VALORANT Maps in Los Angeles. You will lead production planning and cross-discipline execution, translating goals into clear plans while maintaining sustainable, collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software/game development.
• 4+ years in a leadership position directing game production.
• 2+ years direct people management experience.
• Experience leading art production and feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support).
• Experience managing a cross-functional development team of 30 people.
• Experience leading projects with large outsourcing & co-development teams.
• Experience leading teams with long term content development pipelines.
• Familiarity with VALORANT and multi-platform development.
