AGCO Hesston, KS seeks a Validation Engineer to join the Gold Harvesting Team in Hesston, onsite. Build and maintain prototypes, perform field testing, and work with engineering to validate performance and safety.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's in engineering with 1+ years of field/testing experience in agriculture, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and communicate results clearly. Travel may be required; comprehensive benefits apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 1+ years of field/technical testing in agriculture or off-highway equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively; agricultural experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good communication of test results and analyses.
• Experience troubleshooting CAN-BUS, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain assigned prototypes.
• Modify prototypes in the field independently or via design teams.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CAN-BUS systems during testing.
• Report test observations, results and failures; recommend improvements with the AGCO Validation Tool.
• Collaborate with farmers, dealers, field teams, and engineering to validate performance and safety.
