AGCO Corporation in Hesston, KS invites students to join its Validation Engineering Co-op for May–December 2027. This onsite, fixed-term program offers hands-on testing, data collection and product evaluation, applying classroom knowledge to real-world agricultural engineering challenges.

You will work with experienced engineers, travel as needed, and contribute to safety assessments, data interpretation and formal reporting.

Formación

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree at the start of the program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to travel frequently by vehicle and air.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Demonstrates a professional mindset and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment or off-highway machinery is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work hands-on with test equipment, collecting, and analyzing data out in the field.
• Report accurate test observations, results, part failures, performance data, functional and reliability issues, and recommend improvements.
• Help assist engineering team in identification and resolving potential safety hazards.
• Analyze and interpret data, and prepare reports to communicate technical findings effectively.

Join AGCO’s Validation Engineering team and gain hands-on experience in testing and improving agricultural machinery. In the co-op role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to support prototype testing, data collection, and product evaluation. This is a great opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges while contributing to the development of sustainable farming solutions.

Program Duration: May – December 2027

Your Impact:

• Work hands-on with test equipment, collecting, and analyzing data out in the field.
