Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a Validation Engineer to join our Test Engineering team in Round Lake, MN. The Test Engineer will develop and implement product test programs across AGCO products including planters, sprayers, tractors, and fertilizer spreaders.

You will contribute to testing concepts, standards, and facility improvements. You will work hands-on with lab and field test equipment, analyze data, and communicate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• 4+ years as a Test Engineer will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with test equipment and analyze data in lab and field.
• Evaluate test feasibility and coordinate work to meet project requirements.
• Apply knowledge of test processes to accomplish testing requirements.
• Analyze data and write reports to communicate technical information.
• Collaborate with design engineers, technicians, suppliers and teams to develop products.
