Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree at the start of the program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to travel frequently by vehicle and air.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Demonstrates a professional mindset and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment or off-highway machinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with test equipment, collecting and analyzing data out in the field.
• Report accurate test observations, results, part failures, performance data, and reliability issues, and recommend improvements.
• Help assist engineering team in identification and resolving potential safety hazards.
• Analyze and interpret data, and prepare reports to communicate technical findings effectively.
