Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Valet Supervisor for UHealth, Monday through Friday, in Miami. The role oversees daily valet operations, supervises staff, and ensures safe, efficient service at the on-site location (1400 NW 12th Ave, Miami, FL 33136).

Compensation is $17/hour plus tips, with vaccination requirements prior to interview. The position requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage vehicle flow and guest interactions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check as per policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; comply with E‑Verify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during shifts to ensure consistent service.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize wait times.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, post orders, and local regulations.
• Handle incidents, damage claims, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with security, facility staff, or emergency services as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous guest interactions and operational updates.
