The valet attendant will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, greet guests, and provide top‑notch customer service while complying with safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests.
• Open doors and assist with loading personal items.
• Direct traffic and monitor ramps to ensure safety.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Report incidents to supervisor promptly.
