Reimagined Parking Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant for UHealth SoLe Mia in North Miami, FL. The position requires interaction with guests, vehicle parking, and safety responsibilities.

Pay is $15/hour plus tips, with a Monday–Friday schedule and varying shift times. Applicants must provide vaccination documentation (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, flu shot) and pass a background check; you must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and make quick decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles with normal coordination.
• Maintain safety and professionalism on busy shifts.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, and enter customer info.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with needs.
• Act as brand ambassador, open doors and assist with luggage.
• Direct traffic and coordinate with tow services when required.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
