Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a willingness to help are mandatory.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous valet services and greet guests as they arrive.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while delivering excellent guest service.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain security of vehicles and guests.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Adhere to attendance, timekeeping, and tipping reporting policies.
• Attend required training and participate in staff meetings.
