Job summary

LAZ Parking in Boca Raton is seeking a Supervisor to oversee facilities during off-shift hours and greet customers with a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires valet experience and the ability to work any shift, including holidays.

The supervisor will mentor staff, monitor performance, and manage daily revenue and reports, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Valet experience is required.
• Must be able to work any shift, including holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Establish performance standards and implement procedural changes when needed.
• Provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office.
• Run reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data, or other reports.
• Assist with training and weekly garage scheduling.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and courteously.
• Greet customers by name and maintain timely, caring communication.
