Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring a Valet Supervisor for Hilton Fort Lauderdale. You will oversee valet operations under the Manager to ensure 24/7 professional parking services at the location. This is a front-line leadership role within a customer-focused team.

We offer $15.00 per hour with cash tips, averaging $17–$19 per hour total pay. Schedule is FT Open Flex with a $100 referral bonus; must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, plus strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong customer service experience is expected.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing performance standards and help implement changes when needed.
• Greet customers by name, attend to their needs, and build rapport with drivers.
• Direct traffic to keep car flow clean and organized with a friendly demeanor.
• Promote excellent customer relations and represent LAZ Parking positively at all times.
