Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assist in establishing performance standards and process improvements.
• Provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Handle payments and reports related to daily revenue and garage data.
