Job summary

Caravan Court is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee valet parking operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and support the Valet Manager with daily activities.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills to provide exceptional guest service and maintain smooth departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to hotel standards.
• Register all vehicles in parking platform.
• Communicate the valet process to guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions as needed.
• Professionally and efficiently park guest vehicles.
• Ensure staffing is sufficient and monitor overtime.
• Plan and facilitate department meetings.
• Assist in department training and cross-training.
• Log all work in appropriate platforms and run reports as needed.
• Adhere to safety and driving regulations.
