The Valet Attendant role at Valencia Development is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TX. The Valet Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining an organized and efficient valet area. Daily tasks include managing vehicle flow, issuing and tracking claim tickets, and understanding our system OOBEO, ensuring vehicles are handled with care and attention.

The role also involves providing courteous customer service, answering guest questions, assisting with luggage or directions, and coordinating with the front desk and other hotel teams to support a seamless arrival and departure experience. The Valet Attendant may also handle cash or electronic payments, follow safety and security procedures, and help train new team members on valet standards and protocols.
