SP+ Hospitality is hiring a Valet Supervisor for the Delano - Miami Beach location. You will lead a team to provide a warm, 5-star guest experience, oversee shift operations, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining safety and efficiency at the parking facility.

You’ll be responsible for guest relations, timely problem resolution, and upholding professionalism on a fast-paced hospitality floor. Compensation is $16/hr plus tips, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of guest services experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver 5-star guest service.
• Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth handoffs.
