Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts' Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in downtown Lincoln is seeking a Valet/Shuttle Driver to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, park cars, and shuttle to the airport or downtown area, ensuring smooth, efficient service.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to lift luggage, and availability for varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality or valet experience preferred.
• Must have a current Driver's License and ability to maintain an active license for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, resolve guest requests and complaints.
• Park cars and make frequent trips to the airport and/or downtown Lincoln.
• Handle luggage and lift loads onto a bell cart, read tags, and complete claim checks.
• Attend all scheduled Guest Services meetings and trainings.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Represent the hotel professionally and remain calm during heavy activity.
