Job summary

The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in downtown Lincoln, NE seeks a Valet/Shuttle Driver to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and transport luggage with care. You will also shuttle cars to the airport and assist guests with special requests.

A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, the ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and strong English communication are required. Safety and professionalism are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to manage luggage tags and rooming lists.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain it during employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, welcome and assist with check-ins/outs and resolve guest requests and complaints.
• Park cars and make frequent trips to the airport and/or downtown Lincoln.
• Load luggage onto a bell cart and transport to rooms; match luggage tags and write claim tickets.
• Attend all scheduled Guest Services meetings and hotel-wide trainings.
• Represent the hotel professionally and maintain calm, alert service during busy times.
