Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a reliable PM Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service, manage luggage, and assist with guest needs throughout their stay. You will greet guests warmly, escort them as needed, and work closely with Front Desk and other hotel teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideally you bring a strong hospitality mindset, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand for entire scheduled shift.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist and load luggage for guests and direct them to Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Maintain bell carts and storage area; coordinate with Engineering for maintenance as needed.
• Train new bell staff on procedures and hotel protocols.
• Notify Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals; respond to guest requests and concerns.
• Escort guests, answer questions, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
